How It Works

If you're not satisfied with Motion Design Ads for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@motiondesignads.com with your order number or the email you used to purchase
  2. We'll process your refund within 3 business days
  3. Your license key will be deactivated after refund

After 30 Days

Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue, contact support first — we'll try to fix it. If we can't resolve the problem, we'll work out a fair solution.

What Happens to Your Work

Your projects are stored locally in your browser. After a refund, your license key is deactivated and the app will prompt for a new key. Your project data remains in your browser's storage — it is not deleted. You can export your projects before the refund if you wish.
